All coaching can be tailored to your specific goals.  Training is fun and exciting and coach Gina will  show you how.  Let's get started!

These are some standard options listed to give you a better idea of what is available.  None of the fees include site fees (i.e. lap swim pool fees / gym fees / travel fees ).  Options include individual or small group sessions.  Seasonal discounts posted regularly! 
 
Group Season Plan - 2010 racing season (plans start Dec 1)
 
1. Train for the Eugene Marathon: $200
Includes the 1/2 Marathon or Full Marathon, 5 month training plan includes online workouts, journal, weekly coach feedback, monthly get togethers and overall a fun way to train.  This plan includes space to cross train.  Perfect for the multi sport athlete!
 
2. Bike your first 100 mile supported ride: $200
Includes 5 month training plan with online workout, journal, weekly coach feeback, montly get togethers and an overall fun way to train.  This plan includes space to cross train - perfect for the multi sport athlete!
 
3. Train for a 40K Time Trial: $200
Includes a 5 month training plan with online workout, journal, weekly coach feeback, monthly get togethers and an overall fun way to train for a bike time trial or get some extra help for that leg of your triathlon!

1. Personal Training: $66/60 min, any other session the same month as initial session is 1/2 off!!! Let's get moving.
 
INDIVIDUAL AND SEMI PRIVATE COACHING

 

1. Private Swim Lessons      $25 / 30 minutes  or   $50 / 60 minutes
Private Swim Lessons include:  Initial Evaluation, Water Session, and Emailed Post Lesson Review.

2. Semi Private Swim Lessons   2 people  $40 total / 30 minutes
Semi Private Swim Lessons include the same services as Private Swim Lessons.

3. Triathlon Coaching:  $10 / workout  or  $66/ 1 month basic plan
The basic plan includes: Goal Setting, Initial Evaluation, 1 month training plan on www.workoutlog.com, and One Email Consultation.  Must be paid at initial meeting.

4. Personal Training: $45 / 30 minutes  or $66  / 60 minutes and one month plan 
Personal Training is just that, personal!  We'll work on setting goals, doing an intake, designing a workout plan to meet your goals, and I'll help you get through some of those workouts.  This can be for off season training for the serious athlete, or the person trying to get fit for the first time!  Workout plan posted on www.workoutlog.com.  Must be paid upfront.

 

5. Season Planning: $200/single sport or $300/multi sport
